Man those pictures are cool. Some bring back memories, particularly the Phillips 66 station, when I was a kid my family lived in Tacoma, Washington and I remember my dad use to take me to Cey's 66. Every time we went I got to check out the owners bad ass 57 Chev stock car. This was back in 67-71 and every gas station had a stock car or drag car. With in a block of our house lived a 55 Chev rag top rod,69 GTO, 67 Mustang fast back and at the Atlantic Richfield station around the corner lived the coolest 56 Chev gasser. Man I wish gas stations where still like that. The wagon and trailer in front of the Shell, does it get any cooler than that. Knowing what I know now, I would go back to that time in a heart beat!!!!!!!!!biggrin Oh ya, I almost forgot, there was one more cool car on the block, it sat in our drive way and is the reason for my car sickness ,a 69 Ford Torino GT sport roof , Black Jade in colour with gold C-stripe. My all time favorite.

Great pics!! So cool to see those old stations.... and look at all that vintage tin! Something for everyone lol

What's that "Texaco" station with the cars parked all stacked up? Can't say I've seen that before...

Wow! No wonder you're suffering from the "OLD CAR" sickness lol.... being exposed to all those cool vehicles has given you an illness for life.... BUT that's a good thing!!!!

I'd love to go back to that time and experience it for myself (as I wasn't even born yet)... I love seeing the old photos and the way "it used to be"... just plain awesome!
