Fixed my vintage lawn tractor today, cut the lawn, Meteor is filthy but running great, spent the rest of the day removing seats, console, gas tank and started removing heater box from the Monte.... worst job ever and it may involve a sawzall soon. Ran out of beer yesterday and yet still got lots accomplished...I'm proud of myself.

Not sure yet. I've been testing and so far have come up blank. I've narrowed it down to a huge intake leak somewhere, but my trusty can of brake cleaner hasn't been able to find it yet. It will barely idle, and my fuel trims are maxxed out trying to add fuel to keep it running, but it's still lean as all get out. I've switched computers, MAFs, done a compression test, and nothing stands out as odd. Unplugging the injectors one at a time results in the same RPM drop across all 4 cyls too.

Basically, I'm almost at the point of 'wash with gas, dry with match', lol.

That's wild that you got them

"It is possible to import parts of a lawn dart - plastic flights, metal bodies, and steel spigots - as well as a complete set of replacement parts to repair damaged lawn darts, into the US and Canada. However, fully assembled individual darts, sets, and kits are banned from entry by US and Canada customs."

Funny you should mention that...he read the same thing before he travelled with them here In his luggage. He took them apart just in case customs tried to say something. They didn't even notice them.

In other news, been driving the Dodge around a bunch this week...on my way home from work I passed by the school that my 4yr old kid will start going to in September. All the school kids were in their busses cheering waving and pointing at my Dodge "hey dude in the red car!!! Cool car!!"

Can't wait to drive my kid to school in the Dodge in September for his first ever day of school.."woah, your dad owns that car?!? cool!"

I remember my older brother did that for me when I was 5yrs old in his Triumph Spitfire "wow, your brother drives a Porsche!"

(same school too!)
