How many LOSERS can we get to cookstown ontario. message me if you can come and we can meet up somewhere or we can save some spots so we can all park and hang out together.
Hey JYD... I moved your post here to the events thread.
I may be able to attend this one! Would be great if we could get the crew together again plus any other LOSERS that can join us! If we could save spots to park together that would be awesome... Anyone else??
Here are some show details taken from the ONROD forum:

Therefore it could be dusty or slippery depending on Mother Nature. NO RAIN DATE! This is it! Cost of Admission- donation to Food Bank cash or non-perishable food items, PLEASE watch best before dates on donations. Expired donations get thrown out. Show time; 9-ish til about 3:30pm. or 'til we kick everybody out! We got stuff to eat, stuff to buy, stuff to win, stuff to see and amateur Bench Racing. Valve Cover Racing, Hot Wheels racing. Probably some trophies or similar. Watch for the Favourites- Most Obstructed View and Sore Loser.
You know I'm in, can meet at Hortons on Dunlop as usual or what ever, I'm flexible.Hey Adam, would be cool if you made it. I'm sure we can all get together and make arrangements to invade as a group. Hope to see everyone there.
So who's all in?? I checked the weather, saying some rain for my location... but Cookstown cloudy 30% rain Sunday. I'll see what the morning brings but doesn't sound like much rain for the show...
Hey Adam, if the weather holds myself and Gerry will be going , Don and Keith are coming from Bradford, I think Al is coming, not sure what his plan is. If weather is poor Al is giong to pick up his new ride. John won't be there, we were going to Bradford last night when his rat developed a miss in the engine, we went over this morning to check it out and found the camshaft completely wiped out. He's done for the year. We should be there approx 9:30. See you there.
Thanks for the update! I hope it's decent tomorrow, but if its crappy here in the morning then I probably won't be going. On the upside if I don't go to the show I'm going to check out a possible project truck my buddy saw yesterday behind a house not too far from here. So time will tell, I'll try to let you know either way....
That sucks to hear about John's ride.... Hope he can get it fixed up for next year!!! I have a feeling there's going to be even more cruising going on lol
I made it out to the Cookstown show, and what a show it was! The weather held out for everyone and there was a great turn out of vehicles! Met fellow members there and met a couple new people as well... I forgot my camera, but we had a row of rats all parked together and Mark brought his killer rat rod out too! What a cool ride that is... It was nice to meet up with the crew again and I was glad everyone could make it out!!
We missed ya out there John... get your wheels back on the road for next year if you can! We'll be out in full force that's for sure lol
Adam, it was good to see you at Cookstown. What a turn out!!!! For those of you that didn't make Cookstown you missed probably one of the best collections of rods, stockers, rats, racers and muscle that i've seen in years. Pro touring to pro cool and everything in between!!! Performance World or what ever it's called now couldn't hold a candle to Sundays gathering. To the Back Alley Cruisers, cudos, for your efforts. I got some really great ideas for my 32 sedan rat/traditonal rod. To bad we missed Frankenstein but the engine is ill, and will be repaired in short order. Again the rats had a good showing and like always Marks bad ass slammed ''A'' was at the top of the list for one of the most ''bitchen'' rides around. Why that car isn't on a magazine cover is beyond me. Gonna run the 46 until the snow flies then put in a little garage time on her to do some over due repairs and improvements. Cruisin has a habit of gettin in the way of maintainance, oh well. May be next year some more of the LOSERS could get together at one of the larger events. Hey, Syracuse, may be??????????????????? Rat-on
I'll second that... it was a great show, with something for everyone!! And thanks to the Back Alley Cruisers for putting on this awesome event... its on my calendar for next year!
I had a great time and it was cool hanging out with everyone again! I'm down for a bigger LOSERS meet up somewhere for sure!!
