Hi everyone,

Just picked up a 1955 Dodge Crusader (Plodge; the famous Canadian half Dodge, half Plymouth)on the weekend, driven it daily since, and got it officially plated today! Love it! 

My kids love it just as much..."Dodge" is now one of my youngest kids first words, and every morning and night he's straight to the window pointing and smiling "Dodge, Dodge, in, in!" Funny how the family Toyota doesn't get this reaction.

They certainly don't build them like they did in the 50's!

Anyways, just wanted to introduce myself and I'm looking forward to meeting everyone out on the open road!

Yup that's Ian's car from Kijiji...really nice/helpful guy, and a pleasure to deal with.

 

I'm for sure interested in those tail lights LOSER, are you located in or near Ottawa?

I just checked out your swap meet post...wow, it was from February!?!

Man, the Dodge was for sale for a while! Lucky for me that nobody picked it up...it's a great car!

Great, now I have to buy a banjo lol..... should be fun seeing how much I can annoy the wife after a couple beers and the urge to start picking strikes.
