So Pete put a bug in my ear earlier today, about a LOSERS cc 'chapter' directed towards the more modern edge of the spectrum. I know I've tried to find a non-modern base for my next project, but newer stuff always gets in the way. I dig the philosophy here, which is something that does NOT exist in any 'modern' forum/club. It's constantly about one-upping someone else, IMO, and I don't relate.
I've inadvertently got a few people interested already, so I wonder if it's worth it to possibly over-complicate things by setting up a place for like-minded econoLOSERS to talk?
If anyone here has ever set foot into a 'modern' car forum, you'll know how nasty they are. I don't dig.
Actually, since most of the modern stuff is made by the trillions, and they're all econoboxes....it kinda fits. It's not like it was before, when humans made cars out of steel instead of tin and plastic.
