My car runs like ****, and I suspected an intake leak.  Made this pressure-tester out of a trailer bearing dust cap and an air nipple.  Took 2 min...and within 30 seconds I knew where the leak was.  Stupid paper intake gasket :(.

That's awesome! I mean it sucks that its broken, but cool that you figured it out on the cheap.....
